At Westcott, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Westcott boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
